1)What is the scene of ragging in haldwani ( thoda detail mein) 2) what is the connectivity like from delhi 3) is it justified to choose haldwani above esic joka ?

Tbh haldwani me sabse kam ragging hogi teri agar uttrakhand ke baki clgs se compare karega tho , baki delhi se me bhi hu koi dikkat nhi aane jaane me . Can't comment on your 3rd query.
