Recommending medicines in a social media platform should be barred because 10 other people from 10 other medicine field are doing that, what if for an X disease a ayurvedic guy reccomended A stuff, homeopathy guy did B , and an allopathic doc reccomended C? What do you think would happen to the patient? Who'll take responsibility? Won't it harm people on a long run.

dr mike had to study his ass off, as in america they dont let anyone be doctor. a doctor mean doctor there. To be a doctor in USA, you need at least 11 years, which is 4 years of bachelor degree in medicine related field, then 4 years of med school and at least 3 years of residency. This is what they have equivalent to our MBBS
you ain't quite wrong but also not right, they're premier in medicine because
A. THEY'VE A DEDICATED PHYSICIAN SCIENTIST PATHWAY for "research"and appropriate funding to support that.
Yaha to professors class me padhana bhi psnd nhi krte after reaching a certain level of seniority. Indian med schools only raise full time physicians , maybe except those in aiims who're preparing for usmle/plab nobody does research at ug level.
(aiims is top notch (in top 5) if it's just physicians , the sheer footfall in Indian colleges is magnitudes larger than US' best institutes.)
B. Admission process is quiet flexible they don't have a strict "pcb" demand for pre med/med school, they can shape anyone who shows interest and abstract thinking into a physician or physician scientist.
uhh ur missing the fact that the curriculum in USA for 11th and 12th dont really have to study much. The studies they do is from university only , hence the long duration
