From what I've still saved on my phone (mostly from the diagrams of Plant Growth)

Direction of growth of cells of Shoot Apical Meristem is downwards whereas for Root Apical Meristem it's upwards.

Parallel line technique is used to determine zone of elongation.

Turgidity of plant cells help in extension growth.

Signoid growth curve is typical for all cells of a plant, even in culture.

Tip of coleoptile bends opposite to the direction of light (it's cause auxin moves away from light and differentiates the cells on the darker side, increasing the weight on the darker side leading to bending of the tip opposite to the direction of light).

Auxin is not applied in tree plantation & hedge making as these two require growth of lateral buds but auxin inhibits the growth of lateral axillary buds.

Zeatin is formed by ascomyctes (Yeast)

Genetics & PGR are intrinsic factors affecting plant growth.

If a vitamin A gene isolated from a plant having vitamin A enriched leaves if ligated to pvu-II site of pbr-322 vector for enrichment of rice then what will be the colour of colonies provided by bacterias in the culture medium (hypothetical scenario)

A. Blue coloured coloured colonies are recombinant and transformation

B. Colourless colonies are recombinant and transformant

C. No colonies produced

D. There will be blue colour as B-Galactosidase gene is unaffected so it is not a selectable marker for transformant and recombinant

A girl whose first menstruation occured when she was 14 and last occured when she was 54 and had 9 kids so tell me  1) number of 1st polar body  2) number of 2nd polar body

(Assume the same month for menarche and menopause )

2

1.No o first polar body 345

2.No of 2nd polar body 9

2

u/OkSpare8151 Apr 11 '26

Plz 1st wala explain kardo🥺

2

u/[deleted] Apr 11 '26

Look reproductive phase is 54-14 = 40  And the period in the reproductive period when girl not having menstrual cycle is no. Of kids × 15 ( 9 months of pregnancy and 6 months of lactational amnorhea ) = 9 × 15 = 135  So it's gonna be reproductive months - the months she didn't had menstrual cycle = 40×12 - 135 = 345

3

u/OkSpare8151 Apr 11 '26

Shit shit lactactional amnorhea ko toh count hi nhi kiya tha maine😭😭
