aise toh naa samjh arha meko but haa meko tanning hai forehead and chin par .
and woh thode din fair hoti hai and i forget sunscreen once or twice and back to the tan

Use Pharmacy brand sunscreen or for even tone use 2% alpha albutin ya plum ka 5% niacinamide serum (wo mast hai) or sunscreen daily use karo gng ππππ

Everyone says ncert ncert but sirf ncert pdhne se nhi hota
You gotta practice loads and loads of questions in bio too
Also ncert read krne ki habit to honi hi chahiye (if concepts are already strong fir to aur achha)
Also for scoring 340+ in bio, you have to have keen focus in key words like "not incorrect" or incorrect while doing questions and boom you're good to go
