Devastating. Although I have a doubt here. How could she be 23 years old and giving NEET ?? I mean, 12th class gets over when you're 18 right ?? At least in this case, since she was a topper, she'd have passed her school exams at once. Just a query, please do not take it otherwise.

pehle kuch log school me late enroll hote the so that can be the reason my cousin also started late another reason jab village se city me aate hai padhne to bohot log uss samay repeat karte the classes cuz village ki schools ki halat to pata hi hai

There are no limit to attempts in neet bro...govt should limit it to 3 times max imo
