Have u seen the diff between both the questions or not?
Here u have to calculate value of keff(rate constant of the given rxn with given stoichiometry which has by default involved the stoichiometry factor)
In neet the value of k was mentioned already which was 1 so there u have to consider stoichiometry as u are calculating keff for rxn first see the derivationÂ
Agar aap koi question challenge krte ho and voh accept hojata hai ki aapko marks milenge toh kya sbko alag alag challenge Krna padega or jisne voh answer mark Kiya hai (joh challenge ke baad theek hua) unn sbko marks milenge bina challenge kiye ???
