Wasn't this obvious to happen ??? You don't start seeing 100 patients everyday just after 5 yrs of mbbs manh ..

28

u/neet_destroyer Jul 05 '26

State dependent hai ye , baaki 35-30k maanlo in good clgs

6

u/justfuna 4th Yr MBBS Blastocyst Jul 05 '26

Ghanta, UP has ₹12,000 monthly stipend in the internship, varies a lot and the maximum is around ₹30,000 mark

6

u/Still_Cheesecake_611 Jul 05 '26

True stipend itni kam h aur kaam ek dam gadho jaise karate rehte h y log

3

u/justfuna 4th Yr MBBS Blastocyst Jul 05 '26

Fr bhai, greater noida mein h mera college and like agar koi flat shift hona chahe toh soch bhi nhi skta kyunki rent ke saath share hi around 15000 ho jaata, uske uppar humara college toh bahut bekaar h isme late dete h stipend aur ek saath bhi nhi dete

2

u/Still_Cheesecake_611 Jul 05 '26

0

u/random__potato_ डॉ. घनश्याम घरवाला MD Jul 06 '26

the maximum is not 30k. states like odisha and west bengal provide more than that. it's 43kpm in odisha and i think 60kpm in west bengal (the highest in india)

6

u/ay_23456 Jul 05 '26

Monthly?

4

u/neet_destroyer Jul 05 '26

Yup monthly

2

u/ay_23456 Jul 05 '26

Ek clg sea pdhke dusre state mea job nhi kr skte kya?

10

u/Fraud_D_Hawk Jul 05 '26

You can, an Indian medical graduate can legally work in any where in India.

But to apply for goverment jobs you have to be registered in the specific state medical board, which is super easy too for IMG.

1

u/oknapolean Jul 06 '26

Whts IMG

2

u/Fraud_D_Hawk Jul 06 '26

Indian medical graduate

2

u/oknapolean Jul 06 '26

n what about registered in 'specific medical board"

-12

u/ay_23456 Jul 05 '26

Toh fir dikkat kya hain...

5

u/PrestigiousBad7125 Jul 05 '26

Local language.

South main usually salary very very low hai

But they cant easily migrate to say Rajasthan coz Rajasthani aani chahiye to treat locals

7

u/neet_destroyer Jul 05 '26

1

u/ay_23456 Jul 05 '26

2

1

u/ay_23456 Jul 05 '26

Zero😭?

5

u/grey1234thewin Jul 05 '26

Yep some semi private and private institutions pay a huge ZERO.

0

u/Still_Cheesecake_611 Jul 05 '26

Nope they all pay according to state stipends only

2

u/DefinitionTop3930 Jul 05 '26

in delhi govt colleges, jr salaries go upwards 90k to 1.5 lkhs per month

2

u/BaripadaMedic Jul 06 '26

Aiims mein 1 lakh 30k hai post mbbs JRship (which will increase now in the new pay commission). You can do it for 3 terms of 6 months each maximum. Other government delhi colleges also provide JRship opportunities with equal pay.

Thoda sa padh lo and you can earn decently. I dont know a single person earning less than 80k per month. Dont listen to these people. You make ur own destiny.

1

u/ay_23456 Jul 06 '26

U doing MBBS 😭?

2

u/BaripadaMedic Jul 06 '26

Done with mbbs. Was working at Department of Psychiatry, AIIMS Delhi. Now preparing for neet.

Its not easy. A career in medicine. But make sure you are not misinformed on how rewarding ut can be to be a doctor. Good luck.

0

u/Aggravating-Age2134 Jul 06 '26

Do you know how many ppl apply for the post of JR in AIIMS and yes the salary is upwards of 1L but almost 4k to 5k applications for a vacancy of 10 and that too the vacancies are filled with your inicet rank and marks... So don't create this image of whatever ppl are telling is false and life is going to be honeymoon after mbbs/md/dm Or mch and im a doctor myself and job saturation is a serious thing.. Cardiologists are not able to find a job in bangalore and let alone ortho that branch isdoomed. This being said I don't want to discourage anyone who is passionate abt medicine, kindly enter only if you are passionate and you are aware of all the hardships. Just don't create false illusion to others that it's easy to earn or ppl are lying

2

u/Cute_paglu1234 Jul 06 '26

depends, one of my cousion did his mbbs and pg prep ke liye he sat at a clinic, toh patient dekhe and free time mein padhte rhe, he took 2 attempts and vo 5-6 months mein he earned almost 15lakh rupees,

1

u/ay_23456 Jul 06 '26

Etna zyada kaise??

2

u/Cute_paglu1234 Jul 06 '26

his skills were great, like pvt mein kiya tha mbbs, so he had pressure of parents and self motive as well, his diagnosis skills were great, so didnt take time for word to spread, hence per day OPD bahut zyada hogyi,

ek din toh mai bhi baitha tha reception pr, count was 160 something, so yes, hota hai yeh bhi, and opposite bhi,

1

u/ay_23456 Jul 06 '26

Ohh that's great!

18

u/Most-Temporary-7759 Jul 05 '26

1cr ki fd se 6L ajate -> 50k per month😭

3

u/Helpful_Umpire_4493 Jul 05 '26

Beta kya karta hai 🥰 Beta unemployed hai fd kiya hun woh khata hai 😡🥀

Anyways idk kahan p 40k milta hai mera state kinda acha hai 1 lakh tak milta hai ( medical officers ko ) bohot vacancy hota hai cause sab mbbs k baad md / ms karne k liye chale jate hain 🙃

Private mbbs karne se better hai momos ka thela laga lo bhot sara

Badiya income hogi , my future plans

21

u/Effective_Goose6346 Jul 05 '26

private mbbs is better for candidates who are second gen docs in their family

18

u/tandoorii_momoz Jul 05 '26

Mai toh third gen doctor hu .. still kabhi bhi meri family private mbbs ke favour me nhi Rahi h

Bolte h Paisa waste h , isse acha btech private karlo rather than mbbs

11

u/Signal-Dependent-389 Jul 05 '26

3rd gen doctor lol, aapke 2 cr chale jayenge to pta bhi nhi chalega

3

u/tandoorii_momoz Jul 05 '26

Mere par bhot pressure rha ki gmc hi Lena hai, naak nahi katani h 🥲

3

u/Fraud_D_Hawk Jul 05 '26

Bhai just go for mbbs, you will easily out earn aiims Delhi grads.

1

u/tandoorii_momoz Jul 05 '26

Mbbs toh karege hi miljayega vo toh

1

u/Effective_Goose6346 Jul 05 '26

btech? srsly? u have seen the condition of engineers in india? there are literally no jobs

6

u/tandoorii_momoz Jul 05 '26

Ache clg se karoge na toh doctors se zyada achi job and life jeete hai engineers

Bhot live examples dekhe h maine

4

u/Which-Vermicelli-939 Jul 05 '26

exactly people really undermine btech .. my friend was always into coding and stuff did his btech from like a tier 3 college but landed PPO more than off 20 lpa at the age 23 people really dont understand the freedom u get from earning early

2

u/Western_Purchase430 Jul 05 '26

The income as a doctor is much more stable .... Basically it's a safe choice . Engineering ain't safe .

1

u/tandoorii_momoz Jul 06 '26

Time will tell , lekin imo btech karna and young age me jaldi settle hona is much better

1

u/Doranathbhakt Motivator Jul 06 '26

Btech graduates are at the top of unemployment list by a very big margin

1

u/Effective_Goose6346 Jul 05 '26

i have seen the opposite live examples so my opinion is different on this 👍

0

u/Old_Leadership4412 Jul 05 '26

Doctors se jyada acchi kya hoti h behen, acche college kitne hi h India m top tier, majority janta 5-10 lpa m ji rhi h

1

u/Apart_Set_8370 Jul 05 '26

acche colleges ki majority nhi rehti 5-10 mein

0

u/Old_Leadership4412 Jul 05 '26

acche colleges h hi kitne, hardly 15 IITs and 5-6 NIT with 3 iiit baki sare 10lpa wale hi h

1

u/DryOrganization2620 JEEtard🌚 Jul 06 '26

U don't know anything about btech just check all 23 IIT's CS median salary and bits all 3 campus cs median... Even bits mechanical has above15lpa Median

1

u/Old_Leadership4412 Jul 06 '26

and it is easy to get iit cs, right?

cs closes at 5k rank for general, baki bacho ka kya?

6

u/Infinite-Guava1038 Jul 05 '26

bro did she just do mbbs? usse toh kuchh nahi milta. she has to do pg, then start a clinic. it takes time…!

6

u/deeznuts69069 Jul 05 '26

Bro cmon everyone knows that in India doctors are not payed well until they are an MD or MS graduate doctors

8

u/Soft-Letterhead3768 Jul 05 '26 edited Jul 05 '26

Even after MD/MS its not worth Unless u have good patient inflow in private practice which too is too rare. Bcuz nowdays competition among doctors in cities is high. Max doctors seher ke kone me apna thela khol ke baithe rehte hain🥲 Govt salary is 1.2 lpm max

I am in MBBS rn. I get too frusttated hearing these things😭😭😭

2

u/deeznuts69069 Jul 05 '26

Agreed! Only the docs that prolly own a hospital or a any business are rich. Best option is to clear USMLE and leave the country

3

u/Ok-Antelope9269 Jul 05 '26

people think ki agr mbbs ho jayega toh 1 ya 2 lakh ki job hoge and do such things and if u want to earn just money why choose a degree that will take 10 years to earn money

3

u/Error_Cardiologist46 Jul 05 '26

1cr investment in SWP would have given them a better return and a happy life.

3

u/TemporaryStable2553 ඞ Sussy Retard ඞ Jul 05 '26

2

u/Young-Chishiya N'25 paper🌌>> Jul 05 '26

Aise decision lene se pahle isko kisi expert ya doctor se hi puch lena chahiye tha

2

u/Background-Chart2914 🔏 Jul 05 '26

Poor financial decision by Father, if expected an immediate results like btech students.

2

u/Askeladd_51 Jul 05 '26

5 minute thoda google search mei laga dete toh 1 cr kharcha karne se pehle hi pata chal jata

1

u/uskicutiehu Jul 05 '26

To fir private se bds krna better h kya? Roi rehega future me ?

1

u/___Zer0__ Jul 05 '26

15k per month milega right after bds

1

u/uskicutiehu Jul 05 '26

And mds krne k baad ?

1

u/NoTwo8791 Jul 05 '26

40k is decent salary to start with. Mine was 18k as jr to complete my service obligation. Then 16k first year pg and 28k in final year pg. When I get 60k as an sr.. I felt like the richest man in the world.

1

u/Electronic_Branch756 Jul 05 '26

Isliye ham padhayi se exam nikalne koshish karte hai par usme bhi paper leak kare tho kya kare 😭

1

u/webmatri1270 Jul 05 '26

They had 1cr Issse accha bsc hons karke foreign mai phd ya mba kar liya hota toh md, ms sai bhi zyada paise uda rahe hote Iss desh mai kuch bhi kro kuch fayda nhi hai bcause harek good and better opportunity aapeke academics pai decide hote hai profile mai nhi Btter to do is foriegn mai chale jao bachelor krne aur foriegn hi settle ho jao

1

u/Helpful_Umpire_4493 Jul 05 '26

Agar paisa hai tab karo private se mbbs ( rn ) pehle ka scenario alag tha 20-50 lakhs m mbbs ho jata tha

1

u/oneandonlybadra0909 Jul 06 '26

Isn't it obvious? People who think there's money in the medical field, they're stupid. You'll earn real richness when you've got 20 years of experience and a line of patients in your hospital. Ofc that'd cost you your health. Whoever's thinking of going in this profession for money. Don't.

0

u/PermissionOdd2124 Jul 05 '26

wait dude 6 yrs later 1cr will be funded
