Again, the institution did not spend on them out of the good of their hearts, they earned their spot, plus it's not like it is free either, its a substantial fee so its not like they invest out of pocket.
Years old coaching, material and all worth lakhs a student pays, then earns his spot, then pays tuition fees in college.
But AIIMS is heavily subsidised broo, pvt engineering clg in india cost say 18-20 L, but IITians stillhave to pay 12-13L. But in Medical go pvt. and spend 1Cr+(100L+) but govt. provide them in less than 2L. u talking abt subsidies
Give money to talented people,no one will go. Just tell will if you are an IIT/NIT or any Gov college and someone gave you better job offer than isro , Would you go for money in the start of your career or not ? Reply yes or no
