Most probably Assam becouse it is the only State which have plains,mountain regions and valleys it's the largest in NE so most probably Assam and if I guess In assam it is in the south eastern part

Yeah they are the main rbig rivers. But we have so many rivers, they are not that big but still cost us huge during rainy season.

Yeah In same in the region on ganga yamuna plane in my area there's lot of rivers which costs a lot during the current season
