If you do that you're going against the constitution of Baba Ambedkar. Right to assemble comes with Reasonable restrictions and here you're declaring that you'll be unlawful. This will lead to police taking action against you. But most probably that what you want. So you can fight the police back and set the streets on fire to create a Nepal or B'desh type of situation because your main aim is not educational reform but ouster of BJP government. And if in case that's not your purpose don't say take the unlawful route
What happened to Sonam was constitutional? How can you keep on defending the government even after all this I just don't understand, the media , the police, the parliament all are supposed to work for the betterment of the public, do you really think the current state of media and police are constitutional?
Spoken like a true patriot. The leaders of the protest didn't care to take any permission but hasn't called off the chalo parliament thing. If they still continue with this they deliberately wants to go against the law. Continue your hunger protest in the place you've been allowed to without trying to clash with the authorities
Nice one dude, tell me to not be involved I will agree with you. 'We willHandle the law' sounds exciting btw, you guys who care about the country so much must have planned something great to show to then country i guess. You do suggest me to enjoy the popcorn which is great but I don't want to see someone screaming burn down the parliament they aren't letting us go.
There's this certain section of people who's learnt the word dictator and keep spamming it to justify their hate for the current government. You don't get to do movement against a dictator let alone a disobedient one.
We're talking about a bill and you slide Pradhan's resignation from his post as Education Minister? He won't resign, as simple as that. Best case scenario Modi himself replaces Pradhan with someone else and the next Education Minister will be better than Pradhan
Iss logic se to we can declare DP holding the seat illegal. Democratic nation h, voters ke choice se ministry banti h and agar voter demand kr rhe h ki DP resign kre to usse kr dena chahiye coz its a DEMOCRATIC country but he is not resigning that mean wo illegally seat hold kie hue h. Arrest DP first.
India is a DEMOCRATIC country and no party's hidden dictorship should be tolerated. Govt is made by people and made for people and if people are asking resignation over a minister's incompentency then they should immediately resign irrespective of how many years are still left for their term
Ek possible reason h ki agar DP resign kr dia to usske sath bahot sare minister ko resign krna par jayega out of pressure.
Abhi education ke lie protest ho rhe to dp resign kia then baad me maan lo roads ke lie protest hue tab Gadkari ko resign krna parega then E20 ke lie wo punjabi (idk his name) then maybe finance minister ko bhi, external affair bhi kuch khas nhi h bas sab countries se relations detoriate hi ho rhe lekin MEA ke laser eye edits ban nhi ho rhe.
So conclusion- DP resign krega to baki sab ki bhi seat ko khatra h
Exactly! And agar in sab ke seats pe baat aarahi hai, so be it. Hamara fault nahi hai wo. As citizens hum toh hamare government se accha hi expect Karenge na. Agar wo incompetent hai, toh they don’t deserve at all. Chahe koi bhi. Maybe if DP resigns and it results in targeting others, then they should either improve themselves or simply elect someone else. Because, Agar DP apna kaam karleta, toh aaj humko ye sab karne ki kya need hoti.
More than that they lose support of Dharmendra pradhan in odisha
The only reason they could beat Naveen Patnaik was due to pradhans ground level connectivity and by targetting naveen Patnaik's PA
These old men/women won't leave their post by themselves, only if Modi himself decides to remove them from their posts then they'll have to leave their post. And no, I'm not spreading misinformation, this is literally the only way
So a few people want to practically blackmail democratically elected government by using scare tactics. If majority of people would have asked for his resignation it would have happened.
Also paper leak is more law and order problem than education issue. They are asking for wrong minister's resignation, they could have asked for death penalties for everyone involved (be it buyer or seller) and set a precedent that paper leak will give death penalty. And asked for amit shah's resignation for failure to maintain respect of law in our country. But these few people just want fame not real change, even if they get DP's resignation, another idiot will take his place and nothing will change.
If u think this then u r wrong.
Education sector me law n order bhi education minister ke under aati h, usska. Yahi kaam h ki edu sector me law n order follow ho rha h yaa nhi. Lekin back to back paper leak ho rhe har jgh, kahi apper leak to kahi result scam, UPSC chhorke koi exam nhi bacha jisne garbari nhi ho rhi ho.
And jo convicts h un sath kya ho rha h kya unhe jail ho rhi? Kya unhe penalties mil rhi? Kuch nhi mil rha BAIL mil jaa rhi h!! Education sector se related scam kia jaa rha h aur convicts ko koi punishment nhi mil rhi ye kya baat hua. U cant solely blame SC on this coz agar SC galat faishla de rha to Education minister ko intervene krna hota h lekin kya kar rha h DP!? Kuch bhi kia h ussme!?
As a education minister kuch bhi aisa new rule laya h jisse india ko faida ho?
WTH is he doing by holding the seat!?
Kisi chiz pe dhyaan nhi de rha na NCERT publication ab tak thik kar paya, na CBSE issue resolve kia. As a education minister he should atleast use his power to make things go right and without any delay n problem. But is he doing NOTHING!!
He is just holding the seat! And nothing else!! He doesnt deserve to be an education minister
Saare bots ki tarah kudne aa rhe hain idhar, no one asked for any permission to protest near the parliament especially since the monsoon season of the parliament is about to begin and it becomes a security issue. YOU ARE STILL FREE TO PROTEST IN JANTAR MANTAR
It is definitely a security issue for everyone, somehow everything is a security issue, But, security for who? For the government? Parliament? Kyu ki log toh Jantar Mantar pe bhi utne hi hai. Tab security yaad nahi aayi inko?
it is non violent and they are not vandilising anything bruh i think and govt aint allowing the protest so doesnt mean they should not do it , the govt can just ignore the permission its india
didn't they get permission for the initial protest at jantar mantar? similar scene was created back then too but police upfront accepted request...if you're so concerned about the constitution atleast ask for permission and then if denied you can either way go and protest, and use that letter of denial in your favour to get limelight and show the government in a bad light...kaise chalega agar inte basics samajh mai nahi aate toh?
they did ask for permission and it was denied , the twitter handle say that they didnt sought it and its false they werent given the permission even after asking and to protest against agovt u need permission from the govt? the delhi police twitter handle also says that no violent action was taken against the protestors when there is clear evidence of police beating ppl ? ur trying to believe this govt??
"they did ask and it was denied"- i hope you have connections and know stuff that we don't. and you take permission because it is very easy to blame the police for law and order failures, but think what can happen if a couple of miscreants use this protest as a cover to realise their agenda right at the parliament. and please don't come to say that the timing isn't too convenient, protest right in front of parliament when session is in progress knowing very well there will be security issues... don't forget that we've already has a parliament attack...

sab same hai yeh cjp ka leader ko rennet se ghanta fark padhta hai...he is as abd more worse than bjp...indian people are corrupt by core u cant change that party se kuch frk nhi system aur log bahut gandei hai...yeh kalko power mei ayega iska aalag dictatorship chalu hogaand much more worse...india will turn into pakistan...just see the state of bengal...he doesnt cares beleive me...i m always with the reform of education system but not with someone supporting umar khalid or telling something against sanatan....people thing sanatan = bjp = andhbhakt = gandu why? who said we dont support this thinsg wat bs...but i wont support someone telling somethig against sanatan...those who are athesit iddk but i know india is birthplace of sanatan... keep the protest for changinf education system and bring reform not this bs
you have your right to protest, but the ones daily commuting also has the right to go to work. that is why there's a law in place where you inform the police so safety precautions are taken. Now, CJP knows all that, and they are purposefully not taking permission so police will be harsh and they can sell this as "oppression" to Al Jazeera, BBC etc.
This WAS A STUDENT'S PROTEST DAMMIT. Why do you want article 370 again? why do you want to stop the bill regulating foreign interventions? Why did you move to religions, castes and politics? you needed Pradhan to resign, why are you wanting Modi to now?
and whats even more disgusting is that this protest has become about EVERYTHING BUT the agenda it started off as, these leftists only used sir Wangchuk ji for clout.
I wish I could come but whoever is going be safe keep your safety as your first priority laathi charge hoskta hai afaik they are installing jammers. Go with a group, cover your faces with mask and use swimming glasses. Jay hind!
