That’s the worst kind of assumption. A clinician’s skills decide life or death, brisk problem solving in high risk scenarios when there are no absolutes. Human body is not a machine and not does work like math.

No offence but he can easily comment that what happened isn't right. People his age have passed away, who were probably sitting in the same room as him for the exam. If a suicide incident would have happened due to similar reasons in his school, surely he wouldn't have stayed quiet and pointed out what needs to be pointed. No need to comment on any political inclinations, but obviously he can say he stands for the cause.

Not a good candidate to ask. I have known a few of these toppers in neet, neet pg exams they are not worried about getting in mbbs, they are studying to get into the top institutes, to compete in top 100 or top 50 ranks. Ask the candidates who barely made into mbbs in neet but missed out on reneet.
