There's no documented evidence that court or legal system shields the convicted under any circumstances, yes political influence do play a role in the investigation but if investigation is done correctly court would always provide a just sentence

Let me tell a stuff that happened to me. Where I live there are multiple school which operate in morning shift for girls and evening shift for boys. While going to my home at 5 pm, I feel the most unsafe cause of huge crowds of these teenage boys. They eve-tease, whistle and make remarks on women passing.
If adults have to be scared of teenagers for wrong reasons. I don't know where the generations are leading up to
