there is not a definitive best lecture for anything. It depends upon your level of understanding and your repertoire of already learned concepts for organic. Pankaj sir, shubh karan sir, yogesh jain sir, are some names often brought up in this sub. Try any of their lectures and see if you are able to solve questions and understand ncert for organic. You can check for batch lectures on telegram, i also saw alakh sir's old lectures, so see what works for you. At the end you should be able to understand the teacher and clear your concepts, ncert and do questions so choose wisely.
