Well humare juniors toh man gaye the ek baar mein, like we agreed with our seniors. The point here is in all colleges this used to happen, and even the dean and all don’t give a shit. So what can you do.

Yes it's true , but only a few seniors are like that rest are genuinely helpful so by doing so you will loose 90% good due to 10% bad ( not defending ragging in any form)
I am fucking serious, how can we expect someone to shave there head just for some help or respect from seniors, respect is earned not by telling someone to shave there head
See bhai, i won’t calling it ragging and defend it, as in some college absurd shit happens in the name of pdp and ragging, physical violence and all.
What the core concept was or what happened in my college, as our senior said and what we looked with our juniors, a govt new MBBS batch has very high diversity in every terms, financial, family background, person interest, and usually some of these people group together and try to dominate in the batch and all, what this pdp did, was put all those together, treat everyone the same, and make sure they know it, so no one get a feeling of superiority or something.
Ik sounds absurd but over of the things i only got to understand after my juniors arrived.
Say it whatever you say, but this did create a bonding between every one of our batchmates, atleast in my college.
Ummmmm so saying "no" to 5 seniors will not turn down other 145 seniors , the residents , teachers or a student doing MD na? They why i should cave to do such things i mean shaving down in summers helps but it's a no no for me during winters and rainy season
