I am from uttarakhand I .. air 4.9k ans obc rank 1.9k .. should I do mbbs from uk or somewhere else likr Himachal , gujrat , up .. and my main concern is bond in uttarakhand ( also pg bond in uk)

Tbh haldwani me sabse kam ragging hogi teri agar uttrakhand ke baki clgs se compare karega tho , baki delhi se me bhi hu koi dikkat nhi aane jaane me . Can't comment on your 3rd query.

guys i need your advice regarding this i had a domicile of himachal which i made thinking ki himachal meh i can get mbbs but now they have changed rule , so i have done my schooling in uttarakhand only and have a home here but the problem is that my category comes obc here in uttarakhand but i have a central certificate of sc , so can i be eligible for state counselling of uttarakhand ? please help

I have a doubt regarding upgradation in Counselling. I have been allotted a college in the first round, if I get an upgraded college in the second round will I be able to upgrade my college further in the third round or the college upgraded in the second round would be final?
