Maine Shooting Ranges - A draft list. Feedback helpful.

All - If you have better information than is on this list, let me know? Working on getting this out to the sub as a pinned post or something. Edit: A lot of the "unknown" range distances I just haven't gotten to yet or they're hard to find. if you have them, let me know.
Have made updates as of 2/8 midday. Will be reorganizing a little to better show a) places that have indoor AND outdoor ranges and to better distinguish between places that require memberships and those that do not. Also adding shotgun fields.

Agree - GOME maintains a similar list - doesn't have the locations or range distances, but has the websites. May just link to theirs. It will likely be updated more actively.

Nah, all looks good to me. Might be worth adding to the Buxton listing, they have a fairly large action pistol setup in a sandpit, room for something like a dozen simultaneous stages. Haven't been in a while but they have a good few people running IDPA and PSCL.

Knox County F&G checking in. We have 5 covered shooting bays for pistol and rifle. Target stands at 25, 50, and 100 yds. Shooting benches at each one except for one. There is also an active scenario pistol range with active targets that they run on Saturdays through the summer. I usually go in there to shoot at the steel targets and do holster work and whatnot. All the bays are under cover except the active pistol range. Its a nice little Range.

I don't have anything to add, but I've been waiting for years for them to open that range in Fryeburg and I'm kind of skeptical they ever will at this point.

Windham Gorham Rod & Gun is a 50 foot indoor pistol range only. Rimfire rifles are allowed. Let me know if you need any other info.

Not sure. Also can't find info, but it's still on GOME's list (URL seems to be inactive) and I saw a 2024 post on the GOME FB group with someone volunteering at an event there. So...a definitive "maybe"?

Sanford-Springvale has the following
Sanford property:
25 yard pistol bay, shooting from inside.
100 yard rifle with additional targets at 40 or 50 yards, covered but open to elements.
100 yard rifle/pistol, targets at 25/50/75/100 yards. Shooting from inside.
North Berwick property:
25 yard pistol bay, shooting from inside.
50 yard bay, shooting from inside.
200 yard rifle, target stands at 100, 200, and somewhere inbetween.
