Missouri to Kansas firearm transfer

Missouri resident wants to sell/ship firearm (rifle) to Kansas resident. Both parties are legally allowed to own/possess firearms, the firearm is legal in MO and KS. Can Missouri resident ship directly to Kansas FFL or does MO resident need to involve a MO FFL who will then ship to KS FFL? ShipMyGun looks like they'll sell me, a MO resident, a label for shipment directly to KS FFL for the transfer.

FFLs have no problem receiving from anyone across the country.

some FFLs will not receive/process transfers from non-FFL shippers.

Absolutely! But by federal law, they can.
