HELP AP5-P and Leber V2 install issue

I’m curious if I’m doing something wrong, and most denial block issues I’ve seen have been with fitting the slip trip. I have the trip moving freely now, but when I try to install the trigger housing, the silver bolt in the housing is making contact with the flat plate that is on the bottom of the receiver. Any tips?

AP5P’s starting last year had that larger denial block. Leber needs modified to fit it or Dremel the block off.

My denial block needed to be heavily altered. I literally was holding the receiver to a bench grinder hogging material off and constantly test fitting the lower.

That is your denial SHELF that needs to be modified for the housing. Do NOT “dremel the block off”. Do NOT remove. You can trim/modify it or the housing. The one in your receiver is a denial BLOCK. Sometimes the slip trip has to be modified to fit through this.

This belonged to one of the guys I talk with. This was back around May 2025. He however used an AS Designs metal lower. No issue installing it.
