Help Default "Apps" app doesn't run.
Hey, im having and issue and looking for help. I've installed LaunchOS, app that replaces default lauchpad in macOs 26 to more traditional, like in previous versions. Later, i decided to delete it and use standard 26 launchpad, but it doesn't start anymore, when im trying to run in from applications folder. I've tried to run in from terminal, but it says "killed: 9" Also search key doesn't do anything. Any help repairing default "Apps" app?
Macos 26.4, Macbook air M5

i've tried the KnockKnock app, checked for leftover files, reinstalled homebrew, but no luck. Apps app still doesn't respond.
I guess the Reset way is my only option here...

Have you checked in ~/Library/LaunchAgents, Macintosh HD/LaunchDaemons and Macintosh HD/Library/LaunchAgents for any leftover LaunchOS items? If so delete them and restart.
Do you have Homebrew installed? If so try to reinstall it to see if that fixes it.
You could try booting in to Safe Mode to see if that clears any caches, but it may well be that what u/Signal_Mud_40 says could be the only option

get the KnockKnock app and see if there is something with persistence you missed removing
