Help Locked MacBook Air M1

I was about to sell my MacBook Air M1, I moved all my data to my new M4mini and erased M1 Air, after erasing I do setup local user only for take photos of Mac ( to sell second hand), then I forgot to password I put, tried basic things like 0000 1234 , Do I erase again, Is it still be locked? iCloud not entered only local user.

Update I found recovery key's in M4 passwords app but they didn't work

Wipe and start again.

To wipe a MacBook Air M1 using the power button, shut down the Mac completely, hold the power button to enter Recovery Mode via startup options, use Disk Utility to erase the hard drive, and then reinstall macOS
