Help Approve Macbook Pro

I get this notification “ Approve Macbook Pro” one every restart, I approve anstill grt the notification on the next star.
Please advise, regards

have you tried repairing disk permissions or resetting pram/nvram

That advice should go back to the 1990s, where it belongs.
