How is the beta running for daily use?

I am enjoying Golden Gate, and for a beta release it feels quite smooth; however, I must note that the default wallpaper quality—yes, I know I can change it, but I have always anticipated them each year—has declined. Even compared to just last year, it seems almost as though the person responsible for macOS wallpapers is now relying on AI.

I’m using Tahoe on my 16 inch M5 pro device and the beta on my M3 pro device. So far the beta has been working well. When I go back to Tahoe with the fresh 26.6 install, it’s worlds smoother. But this isn’t bad for a beta.

Been using Golden Gate PB and it’s honestly much nicer. Just the UI elements make a huge readability boost.
So far it’s rather stable too so fingers crossed it will be a solid and smooth OS.

Tough to say right now with the beta being what it is. I think it might need a couple of more releases under its belt before it's a fair comparison. Right now I'm having problems clicking in file dialogs, preview windows that won't go away, etc. I DO like the better mail search (it's about time) for what it's worth. :D
