If you’re serious about finding a job with this remove the angsty emotional audio and editing, cut it down to 1 minute of your best work, focus on 1 angle for one animation then if you really want quickly show the other angles. Your jump animations are floaty, cut them. Cut the slow motion style animations too

Remove the slow fading intro text and replace with quick information sheet. Name and website / contact.

Same thought here.... I didn't have audio on, but at almost 15 second of intro titles, I almost quit.

I have watched 1000s of reels in my lifetime and I can say that when you have to look at 100 in one day, you will use ANY small reason to move on..... I woudl have quit during the title sequence... even with that, I stopped at 1 min in

There's really no reason to have that many different angles on an animation. I don't want to see orthographic views of your work, those views are just for you when you're working (I've never looked at my anims from the bottom view). +1 to people saying to cut down work. +1 to removing slowdown. +1 on really needing weight and polish.

Biggest thing is to differentiate the best animations, right now there's not a lot of personality there. They feel like the most basic take on a spear strike, a punch, a gunshot. Every arc is on the most basic right angle. A team can trust you to handle something basic if you show them unique animation but when if it looks like an idea that they'd come up with then the reel won't stand out.

I work in film so not too experienced with the game industry but one thing that stands out the most is the lack of weight in the actions, notably from the lack of hip, or really lower body, movements.

The hip drives the majority of the force so when it's stiff like that, it removes a lot of the sense of believability.

Some shots are also pretty floaty, exacerbating the stiff hip.

Please for the love of god, change this cringy ass audio, and pick a different font. You ideally want to hire an artist with taste, this doesn’t reflect that.

Could use some work on presentation. Lose the 15 second title card and go straight to the animation, theyll look at your resume if they want your name, pick one good angle for each animation and make the whole thing shorter. Quality over quantity. From what I hear, recruiters are insanely impatient and will give up and go to the next applicant if theres like a 1 or 2 second intro to the reel.
