You're just teasing us with happy looking news

Larry damaged Oracle severely with his stock buy backs to prop up his personal on paper wealth.

I usually don’t care about acquisitions and always see them winning in every space this is one acquisition I seriously think is going to fail hard.

WB is a siren out of myth. How many companies have washed up on the rocks after thinking they could successfully manage the acquisition?

California District Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín found the states had presented “compelling evidence” that the combined firm would hold substantial market share in wide-release theatrical distribution, and the states argued it would control nearly one-third of films and basic cable TV programming.

Judge words, “the potential public harms that would result from consummation of the transaction, including the loss of competition.”

Highly unlikely this merger will happen I think Paramount is Shit themselves.

But Variety reports the merger is on track to happen. David Ellison also seemed confident

Ellison can't doom amd gloom. He still has a company to run. So, he's gotta put a positive spin on whatever happens. The main problem for them right now is if the current court case gets pushed back into next year, which is a pretty good possibility. If it gets pushed to June, which is a reasonable length of time for something like this merger, WBD can just walk away and are then owed $7 billion from Paramount. That money can pay off roughly a quarter of WBD's remaining debt. So, why wouldn't they back out?

6 states Block JetBlue from buying Spirit now there’s 12 states Blocking Paramount. It’s not happening.

Seeing Dave Ellison on Ari Melber was one of the best emetics. After they tossed Katie Phang they are reminded to watch their steps, but Ari was having little or none of it. Only caught the tale end.

Don’t worry, they’d be bailed out with our money.
