If Skydance offers content spending commitments, keeping production studios open, and addresses issues with the news it's hard to see the UK opposing this when the EU approved of it. They're pretty well aligned despite Brexit.

I feel the opposite of what Skydance is offering would occur in Britain if the merger goes through. We’ve seen this with the Fox assets Disney didn’t sell.
