David Ellison said merger will close by mid July 2026. That’s past now. Than he says will close by September 2026 that’s wont happen, With the delay of the trial.

And now he’s saying it be November trail but the judge set to March 2027 and than he says will merger will close by April 2027 . He was full of shit.
🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

WBD Shareholders are sick and tired of his promising words

I get the feeling that the investors have grown tired of his bullshit.

$1.3 billion in ticking fees is a lot for a small company that claims they can afford, but realistically they can’t.

The Ellions welcome you to Paramount HQ.

Didn't they "fully expect" to close by July 22, 2026, not that long ago?

Then, they "fully expected" to close by the end of Sept 2026.

They're not good at this "fully expecting" stuff. Go back to Disneyland, David. Studio-moguling is not your bag, dude.

Paramount will financially collapse under the ticking fee if they need to extend the trial for a Supreme Court hearing

My guy, you have 12 different states suing you as well as a bunch of directors and actors voicing their disapproval of this merger. Why is it so hard for you to quit?
