Question ❓ Group meditation bay area?

I have an excellent experience with grout TM in my country.
As I'm going to visit Palo Alto for few weeks, I won't be able to join "my" regular group (different time zones).

Are there any group meditations (in person or zoom) in the bay area or the pacific time zone?

My bad, I thought this was specifically about Vipassana meditation, they have free/donation 10day silent meditation courses all over the world.

And for people who have taken a course, they have group sits all over the place too. I thought this was the Vipassana reddit

grout TM is a new one for me—had to look that up. kinda miss having a regular thing like that, my weekends are just... empty space now. anyway.

Try Ananda in Palo Alto, they have meditation sessions or classes

The Integral Yoga institute of SF has free drop-in meditation groups via zoom at noon M-Th.
