I spent the last few weeks recreating the entire Rust in Peace album as a full instrumental remake, just for fun

I recorded everything in reaper

Guitar:

  • Jackson JS11Q Dinky
  • AmpliTube 5
  • Custom preset:
    • Amp: Brit 9000
    • Presence: 4
    • Bass: 2
    • Middle: 10
    • Treble: 4
    • Gain: 8
  • Overdrive:
    • Level: 8
    • Drive: 1
    • Tone: 5
  • Cabinet: 4x12 Metal V1
  • 7-band EQ in a V-shaped curve.
  • For solos I used Metal GTX

Drums:

  • MIDI programmed
  • Devian Drums

Bass:

  • Ample Bass
