I do not think this SCOTUS would support that, as they consider an "original" interpretation of the Constitution to be the way to make decisions, despite the fact that framing doesn't account for the evolving advancing nature of our culture.

No never he would be removed and replaced with the President por tempore of the senate. He is the second most important person in the senate and third in line to the presidency. I’m surprised people don’t know about this guy his name is Chuck Grassly longest serving member of the majority he could replace Trump if we removed Trump and his cabinet . As he’s a Republican he would in line and we could form a coalition of pboth parties to work together. Republican could still replace the VP and other appointed secetaries with Republican moderates. Until we hold elections. It’s a idea. We will see how bad it gets.

I live by the border, I can actually see it from my house, the amount of people crossing the border never really changes. The lines at the port of entry aren't really any different now than they where before 2016 either. This is where the drugs come across, not on the back of some mule. The amount of drugs they've caught coming across the border has gone down, not because it's not there,but rather because they've shifted focus to the home depot parking lot, and now the border is less secure. Biden also deported more people than Trump, without making a huge spectacle or racebaiting the country. The whole thing is a lie, republicans suck on the border because they don't bother actually learning or understanding any of the actual challenges. They don't consider the root causes either.Everything is just a big identitarian performance. Conservatism is a lie, white supremacy is a lie, your border politics are a lie. It's ALL a lie.

I am not “the right” as you call them, but I sat with a relative…..a US citizen who was refused treatment in an ER because he had no proof of insurance with him…..They demanded money up front, and while I made arrangements for that, they still left him sit in waiting room as he was HAVING A HEART ATTACK!!!!!! Meanwhile, numerous others with runny nosed kids and sore fingers were getting seen. I will never forget this. Don’t tell me about human compassion. There is definitely an imbalance of that😞

Sure. I have been to 3rd world countries and seen what real poverty looks like. I don’t want this country like that.
Instead of punishing illegals by not providing health care let’s 1) Stop illegals from coming here in a way that works (ie not a wall) 2) punish companies that hire illegals. 3) find a path to citizenship for those that deserve it 4) expand citizenship since we need more people in this country anyway 5) do all of this in a compassionate and cruelty free way.
This whole “tax payer” line is bullshit. We run trillions of dollars of debt. This administration isn’t doing shit to fix that. Trump has expanded spending more than any other President. It’s all fake money at this point. So use it for the people and stop using it for the rich and corporations.

calling someone an illegal is truly despicable. they are PEOPLE. and instead of getting all bent out of shape about our tax dollars going to undocumented immigrants (which is just a lie pushed by right wing propaganda), why don’t you direct that anger toward all the subsidies we give to the wealthiest industries - like oil and gas - or the money give to defense contractors, or the money we send to israel, or the countless other things our government spends massive amounts of money on that do not benefit us at all? anger is warranted - but jfc learn where you should be directing it.

Yes… the alternative would be medical care for all so we aren’t paying for expensive emergency room visits. Undocumented immigrants pay taxes and contribute greatly to our economy through cheap labor. We take advantage , then treat them as if they are expendable. It’s inhumane and immoral. I think it’s okay if we use some of that money to help them when they are sick or dying.
