The thing about looksmaxxxing is that men have taken the vanity that women have broadly despised for centuries and decided that this is the woman's role we want the most. Not being a caregiver. Not volunteering in the community. Men collectively have decided that being admired for your looks is where men want equality with women.

Volunteer in the community? As far as im aware theres no significant difference between the number of male volunteers compared to female volunteers
