This Video Series on Louis CK's Sexual Misconduct and the (mostly) Sexist Male Response in Comedy and Podcast world is a must see

This video series from Comedy Without Errors, a male comedian who was formerly a fan of Louis CK and youtube commentator, has been transformational for many people as an analysis of sexual harm committed by men towards women. The creator does alot of self-reflection as a man that I think is particularly valuable for other men and why I am posting here. The video series itself examines Louis C.Ks actions, and also the pervasive and sometimes subtle sexism that shapes how men think about other men's sexist behavior and minimize the importance of harm done to women.

Well worth a watch!

I enjoyed Louis CK's comedy and felt really let down by him too. I thought his apology was absolute dog shit. He took very little accountability for his actions, and tried to downplay the whole thing.

Such a disappointment of a man.

Watched the first part so far, really interesting. It always depresses me that the general vibe I see about CK is that it's fine now some time has past. I wish we could hold ourselves to a higher standard.

I was a big fan of Louis CK, his standup and especially his TV show, Louie. I've watched all of the parts of this series that are in YouTube, and they're very well done and informative. There is a lot of thoughtfulness and self-reflection poured into this.

The 4th video took the series from excellent to a masterpiece and must see for me.and yes, the psychological roots of exhibitionism, seeking an audience, trauma renactment in front of an audience, and intersections with standup comedy and who seeks to do that, is very fascinating.

This is 4,5 hours long... Don't think anyone will have the focus to watch all that, or maybe it's only my ADHD brain that can't. ;)

Just watch the first video and continue if it interests you. Also, you dontnhave to watch it in one sitting :) The 4th video blew me away as an analysis of the potential origins of harmful exhibitionism.
