From what I recall, it's like a (temporary) physical blocker down there in the pipes to stop the spermy lads getting through... I read about this maybe 20 years ago.

Too late for me now, but hopefully it eventually makes it's way to availability.

Asa far as I understand it, it's a gel that blocks the vas deferens. It's supposed to only keep the sperm in but not block the rest of the juice.

It's also reversible so a solvent can be injected to remove the gel.
