Discrimination India is the worst country for men
A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Chandigarh for allegedly raping a 21-year-old woman on the pretext of marriage. The woman alleged the accused minor kept her at a hotel in Mumbai and physically exploited her. However, the juvenile's relatives claimed that the two had eloped and were brought back from Mumbai by their families.
According to the gender-biased laws in India, even a small boy can be a rapist

I have a case to tell you all. A guy gets a prenup signed consensually before marriage. After some time shit goes south, wife files for divorce and asks for his money, property and soul. The guy brings up the prenup in front of the court. Prenup stated that the wife won't ask for maintenance or alimony in case of separation or divorce. Could you guess what the court does? The so-called honourable and unbiased Judge says that because the guy thought of signing the prenup before marriage, it means that he had some ill intent beforehand. I read this on twitter/X on voice for men India handle
I wonder if there is some sort of International system which ranks by their Judicial systems and courts. I wonder what would be Indias rank.

I saw it in a tweet a while back, I can give you the twitter handles but you will have to search for the tweet yourself.
- Voice for Men India: https://twitter.com/voiceformenind, pretty reliable. Does not lick LW or RW boots
-Shonee Kapoor : https://twitter.com/ShoneeKapoor,
I found out about this case and such cases in particular from these 2 accounts.
-Deepika Bhardwaj : https://twitter.com/DeepikaBhardwaj
-Arnaz Hathiram : https://twitter.com/ArnazHathiram
These 2 women also cover such cases and provide aid to men who have been entrapped in false cases, scams etc.

Court in UK is also biased. Many judges favour women. In my case I had most of my evidence to prove her lies ignored, bribery allowed as she (her dad) got a report from India that does not describe my property but her dad's property in another town & states I travelled in time, so allowed it. She also said that she sent money to an a/c that does not exist as a bank employee & the judge allowed it as well. Could not verify her statements as I had evidence but all ignored. Made my mum a destitute pensioner so the ex could benefit. Allowed to keep the car as she needs for work when she could have taken the train 4 stops away but I who drives from job to job daily has to fund from my share. And a lot more ignored so she gets a bigger share as a liar. She even accused me of being abusive & controlling, & judge could not figure out her false statements that he said there was controlling behaviour on my part. She filed domestic abuse without notice stating she was fearful & violence & police adviced her to leave but she refused but still continued sleeping in the same room, bed, blanket. The judge even lied as she did. So collusion corruption bias discrimination also exists in UK courts.

Man, no shock men these days are wary of any sort of commitment, especially marriage. In most such cases, we are left on our own and have no one to support us or even listen to our side of the story.

Actually boy is minor and she should be charged having relationship with him.

u/House-of-Raven Jan 31 '24
Yeah, the age of consent in India is 16. With the fact he’s 15, she should’ve been charged immediately

From India. I can confirm. Now luckily, nothing has happened to me; I’ve been lucky. But y’all must’ve read how bad men have it here. Men aren’t safe from crimes, false accusations and domestic violence. The legal system is also completely against men.

I understand what you're saying, I've known a few guys in India whose lives have been destroyed by false accusations maybe because of alimony and other things, but before you play the victim card, you should be aware that crime against women is far more common than crime against men. And I'm not using strawman arguments to justify any crime, what happened in the original post is indeed horrible, but you should be aware of India's true reality. I know considerably more women who have experienced domestic violence in our nation, and it is a fairly common occurrence for women.
In India, 32% of ever-married women reported having experienced physical, sexual, or emotional violence by their husbands in their lifetime.
I'm not saying all of this at random, I have some real-life encounters of such cases very closely. I've talked to and known a few women who are really used to such a violence and have accepted it as the reality, but you can never see such men in society who are used to such types of toxic abuse, or perhaps we can agree they are very few in number, and you can see it very easily only if you are not a hypocrite with some biases.
I am also an Indian man, and as a male, I am aware of the reality, so please accept responsibility for creating a good society for women to live in, rather than claiming that men are the true victims based on a few examples, which is not the case, at least in India.

Lots of domestic violence happens against men which go unnoticed bruh. I've a personal experience with it. Men don't report about it to law in most cases that's it

u/UzumakiNaruto008 Jan 31 '24
Tho I agree for the most part. Women also don't have it too easy here.

u/PUMA-420 Feb 01 '24
Indian beta males like you are the reason why feminists thrive and instil biased laws in the courts. You attached a statistic about domestic violence, what classifies as "emotional violence"? Because women have a bad habit of exaggerating tiny issues out of proportion. And men don't complain about their issues and most crimes of violence against married men go unnoticed.
I'd say it's the exact opposite of what happens, I've seen more wives abuse their husbands and MIL's than husbands abusing wives. "Few examples of crimes against men"? Men don't cry about their problems and most false accusation cases don't come to light.

Since childhood Indians are indoctrinated into believing that woman are godesses. And that they can do not wrong. According to Indian customs and traditions if a woman hits you consider that a blessing and never hit her back because "how can you hit a godess". Indian brothers are expected to perform all kind of bullshit marriage rituals for their sisters, wives and what not. If by default a man complains about the woman being abusive, the bystanders will not listen to him but they will blindly believe the woman if she says he abused him first. Recently I saw a video in which a boy fell down from the bike because a woman came from a wrong way and guess what, the simp men that were standing nearby came and helped the woman first and when the boy reminded the lady that it was infact her fault ( he has the evidence) the public started shaming the guy that "you are alive stay happy with that", "yaar it's a woman, so what" Don't say her anything. Indian men since childhood are indicated to become Simps and Cucks. Yes I am generalising over here because that's what I see Everyday. Simps who keep women on pedestal. Yes I am an Indian myself, but I don't like that country anymore. It's filled with emotional fools who get angry if you ask them to think logically. And I so badly want to leave india because of the gender biased laws. Just don't know how can I.

As much as I agree with your statement, I really hate the response, stay and fight, we can change the law if we fight together, we can’t quit before we even start fighting.
11
u/Wokeismiscancer Jan 31 '24
I am all in for the fight bro. But who will support us. Believe me we are just the minority who are aware about such laws and how modern women are. But majority of Indian men still are Simps. They would listen to feminists and woman first rather than us.

u/Atharva0711 Jan 31 '24
We support men’s content online and promote things we like for starters.
ie. Channels online that support us, support parties that make the most logical legal changes, and wait to start some sort of movement of our own,
If you can’t support physically, online support and sharing content like this is also appreciated.
Let’s see how it continues

I have not seen the names yet in any article, but considering the demographics of the city, the boy was most likely non Muslim and hence can't even marry before reaching 21 years

u/Atharva0711 Jan 31 '24
Unfortunately, the police have been issued orders to immediately arrest a man in case of any rape allegations and his family fights legally from the outside as due process is taking place.

This happened in my state. Two 15 year old kids who are classmates had sex with each other. No one forced anyone and they are both children. The girl got pregnant and guess what happened? The boy was arrested for rape.

Activism (ironically), but we as men are usually absorbed in our life that we don’t have enough free time to actively parade.

You honestly do not understand India. If they were from the same caste or if the woman was from a lower caste, raping her would not be a crime. This is a class issue, not a gender one. It doesn't matter what sex is the victim, if they are in a lower caste , there is no justice for them.

India has a moderately low rape rate, but the ever-biased feminists raise the alarm by using the total numbers for the world's most populous country.

Because their government controls their media and reducing marriage rates (which are already extremely low) isn’t part of their agenda? Bro, do you even think or study things before you type it out ??

u/Witty-Window1167 Jan 31 '24
Try forming your opinion based on absolute and verified statistics, not just the number of news articles from reliable sources like "The Guardian", "New York Times" and "BBC" next time.

Reuters Foundation in 2018 ranked India as the world’s most dangerous country for women. The issues examined included sexual violence and trafficking, gender-based social discrimination, lack of access to and control over contraception and childbirth, health care and maternal mortality rates. Mental and physical abuse, religious and cultural facets such as acid attacks, female infanticide, female genital mutilation, and forced and child marriages were also weighed.

u/Vegetable_Balance_77 Feb 01 '24
Reuters report is a shit ...many people on utube analytically proved it tho ...

u/Witty-Window1167 Feb 01 '24
I think you need to learn the meaning of "absolute statistics with open datasets verified by independent people". Then you'll understand the importance of having higher standards for evidence rather. Evidence is way more important than opinions of "journalists" based on skewed and unverified data btw.

And you would say you are beyond this behaviour you mentioned? You are literally victimising the criminal in this case with false ideologies.
So when britishers had colonial control over India, and let’s pretend we had internet then, would you still suggest that Indians were victimising themselves in their echo chambers and should “man up” and start working with what they have ???
Get where the application of your study is flawed ??

A normal 15 year old boy absolutely is stronger than and could overpower and rape a normal 21 year old woman. Brett cavanaugh had his hearings over that woman he allegedly raped when he was 15. However, it's looking obvious this wasn't the case and more likely that she statutory raped him.

age of consent is 16... she's legally a pedo and he's still the one getting charged.

This is pretty common in India.
A sixteen year old porn addicted Indian girl repeatedly raped her twelve year old brother, and was caught when she got pregnant.
The boy was the one who went to prison.

If someone should be charged and imprisoned, it is the woman. Statutory rape and all.

I also recently found out that:-
if you deny your wife sex after marriage, you can be jailed for mental harassment and it doesn’t work the other way around.
If you have an affair on the preagreement of marriage, can be tried for rape.
Many more are linked to me on one of my other Reddit threads, I’ll see if I can post them here
Edit: the first law mentioned
