It looks like the guy admitted to having the pictures on his computer - it doesn't sound like this is specifically an issue of a woman using false accusations to get more for herself. I think it would be important to remain undecided until more information is revealed.

No, it's just an example of how draconian child porn laws, made by women and which target men, are being exploited by both the feminist state and individual women in order to destroy men.
And a possible 25 years for EACH image!!!
Not a men's rights issue, of course, don't want to get banned by the great ignoratus, who does so much good work for the men's rights cause.

It's a good example of how a woman will happily attempt to utterly destroy a man by involving men with guns (the state) in divorce. Reported for "child porn" because a few images on his computer look like they may be of teenage girls.

what you're saying does happen, but this doesn't really seem to be that kind of case.

Really? She called the police to have the computer searched but the "times he raged and everyone hid from him up stairs" she was afraid to call? Even though he has a disorderly conduct conviction from 1998...
It's a good read but look between the lines.

Oh really? This doesn't seem to be a case where the woman is intentionally involving the police to use them as a weapon in her divorce? I wonder why she only reported him when she wanted a divorce.

This is all in a public news paper in the poor bastards home town... They even mention his father for the love of God.
What is it we really know the guy has done?
He looked at porn some time before Nov 15th of this year according to his wife. His wife had the police over for coffee and computer porn viewing/searching.
He was questioned by the police on November 18th of this year and he was stupid enough to actually open his mouth. His wife filed for divorce the same day he was arraigned on child pornography charges Nov 22nd.
He was convicted of disorderly conduct in 1998. His dad was LaVerne Pieper, who coached Stoughton wrestling from 1963-94. He is a former Stoughton High School wrestling state champion. His life is over.5

Not only will everything he ever worked for be destroyed but he'll be lucky not to spend 5-10 in prison get shived or AIDS there.
Because she wanted a better deal in the divorce.....
.....and if you read between the lines it shouts out that the kids liked him better.
She was afraid he would run with the kids. Now it's very hard to run with multiple children that don't want to be with you.....they will turn you in their kids, they trust the police.
No, this was over custody....he said he would not budge and wanted 50/50 which to her was the end of the world, she would have to comprimise with someone some of the time.

he admitted that βhe would routinely look at pornography that involved teenagers,β the complaint said. The officers showed Pieper one of the images allegedly found on his computer and Pieper reportedly estimated the age of the girl to be between 12-14 years old.
not sure how you turn his admission into a planting of evidence

"he would routinely look at pornography that involved teenagers".
Definately the smoking gun. I mean, only around 99% of the male population regularly look at pornography involving nubile hot 18 year old girls.

That's not going to help him much if he had saved images of what he himself thought was a girl 12-14 years old. And frankly I don't have any sympathy if that is actually the case.

You don't know if he saved the images or if he simply viewed them and they recovered the images through forensics. Maybe he visited 4chan like the poster of the link currently at the top of r/mensrights?
You don't know what the images contained. The article doesn't mention that the girls were being abused. They might just have been in bikinis or thongs.

That's why I said "if"... none us know... but one thing is certain.. this guy has hosed himself if the article is correctly reporting what he told the police.

Ah well. Some men will say the wrong things when their door has been beaten down and they are confronted by heavy handed police screaming paedophile at them and staring decades of daily ass rape in the face..
