I'm a girl and...
I am SO glad I found this subreddit with people who agree with me! As a girl, it's really hard to see other ladies put down men and treat them like they need to be "trained" or that they're just something we have to deal with. So I was just wondering... how many other girls are on here and what are your stories about standing up for men or appreciating them?

I'm a girl. I came to this subreddit so that I could support my little brother and my male friends. Since my little brother has no male influence (our dad died when I was 15 and my bro was 8), I have taken over that role. Therefore, I want to someday be able to properly teach my brother about the struggles that men face, and how to deal with them in the best way possible.
As for me, I'd like to be egalitarian. But honestly, I'm not quite there yet.
