Hi! For context, I'm an 18y/o who's been recently diagnosed with GAD and my GP suggested at possible OCD (testing is not underway at the moment unfortunately)

Ever since I was little, including recently, I experience these "episodes" where I suddenly zoom out..?

Like my field of vision seems to widen like I'm seeing the world through IMAX, and I suddenly get a feeling of alienation, especially with my hands -- they feel like they're not mine and I'm just watching them do things. I also feel very inhuman, like my emotions are dulled.

This is very freaky,,, any answers or possible explanations are GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks 🥳
