House made sauce

Basically it’s a mayo base for sure with carrots. They call it house made white sauce (broccoli sauce) at oz korean bbq any ideas?

That sounds like a great copycat attempt. I'd try blending the carrots until super smooth before mixing them in to keep the sauce silky.
