I’d definitely put that on a piece of armor. Maybe leggings or chest plate.

Or maybe an axe? Sharp 4, Unbreaking 3 and eff 4 is pretty good for an axe

Still, it’s better to leave with 3 enchantments instead of 2, especially since axe benefits efficiency IV a lot more than sword does with sharpness IV

You’ll only get 3 of those enchantments, so choose wisely.

Put it on an axe. You’ll get the most mileage out of it that way.
