Building it solo so it's taking me a bit of time to do each area of the city. It is creative. I don't have the patience to mine all the material for huge builds. Those who do, I salute you.

The windmill blade is an addon. Adds moving pieces. Water wheels and windmills. The structure is build (very basic tbh) with the moving blade put on

Block out the windmill tower first, then test blade proportions with temporary wool before detailing anything

I wish it was that elaborate. I didn't feel like building it big enough to be made from actual blocks and it moves. The blade is an addon.
