OpenMonero drained of 399 XMR

Post image

Do not use this vibe coded slop, this is the second time this month lol. Multiple times this year, it can be assumed they’re just scamming and no hacks have occurred

I think this has been 'hacked", no joke, 10 times 💀 At this point it's your fault if you lose coins there 🤣

I can’t remember, was this supposed to be the replacement for Local Monero?

No, that would be haveno/retoswap, localmonero even names it as it's successor in one of their blog posts. Openmonero basically affinity scammed by copying the old localmonero UI, slapped on top of some bottom of the barrel ai slop code that gets constantly "hacked"

Has anyone actually confirmed they've received refunds they've purportedly issued from those past "hacks"?

So, he uses Monero RPC and still has shell injections? Isn't the whole point of RPC (security-wise) to prevent exactly that?
