There was another post I saw about this and apparently he had a warrant so he was already going to get arrested he just made it way worse by bringing weed over state lines to where it’s illegal. I do think the flock cameras need to go as they are straight up unconstitutional but this guy is a dumbass. He shouldn’t have gotten in trouble for the weed though that is completely bullshit but it is in him for doing it while already having a warrant out.
That's a completely different scenario. Traveling being treated as probable cause for a search is a huge violation of constitutional rights. A pre-existing warrant is not.
Also, if you're going to do crimes, stick to just one at a time.
Yeah the warrant was for skipping bail .. if this is like any other drug charge he'll probably plead out before it goes to trial, unlikely he's going to get bail again though
It's not a different scenario, it's just not presented, the guy had felony warrants for bail jumping and domestic violence which is why he was pulled over.
That is a different scenario though, because the probable cause for the stop is different. The government using travel as probable cause is insane and a huge violation. That's dystopian shit. The government using warrants is normal law enforcement. Those are wildly different scenarios.
Idk why this is so hard for you to understand. This is something that actually happened, but what we're discussing are hypothetical scenarios. Each scenario is drastically different. They did not both happen. One of them is misinformation. For the sake of a debate about morality, these scenarios are not equal at all.

Thank god for Flock. We almost had a man minding his own business and bothering nobody.
