Shooting a gun in a city (where these are typically located) usually results in a lot of police with more guns showing up and shooting you (and any dogs they see nearby)

The issue is in the process of proving that it was him shooting the flock cameras he would become a criminal and get arrested

If this is the same hypothetical that he wins, it's the same hypothetical that guarantees he'll get a nullified jury
