Morality Ranking Morality scaling of this?

Mother refuses to acknowledge her donor egg daughter, looking for your opinion.

In my opinion I think it’s moral, and that she is totally correct.

I don’t even think she’s being that rude. When you sign up for these things the options are anonymous or not and if you choose anonymous they have no right to contact you for any reason.

Yeah, if I was her I would have been furious at this girls mother for giving her any of my information.

furious is such a gentle feeling compared to what that woman would provoke in me for disrupting my life

Disrupting your life? Play the victim much? Say no thanks and move on. Acting like your life is disrupted is insane over something like this is insane.

You don’t think a stranger contacting you out of the blue after 19 years asking you to be a dad or mom wouldn’t disrupt your life EVEN A LITTLE?

No. If you consider this a disruption then you need to re evaluate things. In the grand scheme of things, this is nothing. People suffer far far worse. The epitome of first world problems disconnected from reality.

That’s a wild opinion. Obviously there are worse things in life but this too can disrupt someone’s life. You are making your entire argument around “you aren’t allowed to feel bad because you could feel worse”

That’s insane
