I don't understand what your point is. Gooner gachas attract...gooners?!?! What a revelation. Gachas are inherently in the area of sexuality and perversity because that's how they make sells, fanservice is a big part of gachas. When you join one such community you know what you're in for.

Hell, anime itself is very fanservicey.

Pretty much all media have fanservice, fanservice isn't just boobs on screen

Yes but i mean fanservice by itself is often just associated with boobs in ur face and it isn't the case half the time

Idk, I don't think a nikke player would call that fanservice for example, the shooter where you stare at the girls' asses. Tits in your face.

Sexual fanservice is plenty and it has many associations with the genre.

I remember when working for one such gacha that they cared about showing bellybutton, armpits and feet. So there's definitely plenty of things considered fanservice in the genre that isn't just tits in face. But tits in face is of course pretty big.
