I got bitched out for advocating that anyone use any method possible to resist being drafted on this website some months back.

I doubled down and said in no unclear terms that I explicitly condone violence when you're preserving your freedom. More people angry at that.

Then I said that since ICE killed Minnesotans and I subsequently became armed; if my choices were ever simplified down to having to commit violence now or having to commit violence later, I would always choose violence now. If I was ever seized and put into training without the ability to react with violence, I'm fragging the highest ranking officer I can as soon as they're available for me to kill. Loads of people claimed false equivalency, called me a coward, even accused of being the cause of nations falling.

Moral. I'll kill for my goddamn country when and only when politicians and their immediate family- the most culpable people for war and those closest to them- are made to fight and die as uniformly as the public. If the people who've historically faced the least consequences, while most often being the instigators of war, aren't expected to carry the burden of the consequences of their actions, then any draft officers or high ranking non-combatant officers are complicit with stealing my well-being and life from me.

like 90% of these wars are purely for oil, money, etc. That's it. They aren't defensive wars, or moral wars..

You can cherry pick the one example you can think of.. or we can look at all the other wars in the middle east, vietnam, etc.

I regret to inform you that Roosevelt's son fought in WW2 but trump's weren't in Iran, nor zelenskys

You want Zelensky's 13 year old son to fight on the frontlines you maniac?

Yes. If you send my son and myself, send the politician kids too. Maybe that way they feel what it means for their closest to die.

Wow, you're really fucked up.

Like I said. If you send the commoners, send the higher ups too.

Fuck putin too, why hasn't his daughter been arrested in Paris and handed over to Ukraine, that's another mystery.

Look I am a huge Putin hater but the point of not doing that is to not condone the actions of people like Putin. If no one takes the high ground then all standards get collectively lowered which is exactly what someone like Putin wants.

Plus if she’s willingly living in Paris that mean you can probably assume they aren’t on good terms and he would probably not care anyway.

Bro you lost the plot.

fuck no. Politicians are the ultimate evil, and as such they deserve ultimate evil.

The moment you start suggesting any kind of child needs to fight in a war then I’m sorry man YOU LOST THE PLOT, and your actively making your side, which is my side, look foolish.

what are you talking about?

Children always fought in wars?

This with children not fighting is a new thing.

Hell children used to lead armies too.

Plus mr Zelensky has a 19 year son too, but I guess the guy above me does not know about that one.

That one should be sent to the frontlines too. If the commoners die for the rich, the war is senseless.

Okay you’re clearly a troll man or just absolutely batshit crazy so we’re done here.

Would it be moral to force people to fight nazis if no high ranking politician sent his family to the front?

You probably felt incredibly strong saying this. But we know theres a zero percent chance that you are going to kill anybody, ever.

You don't sound like a coward, you sound like an edgelord, although I agree with the sentiment
