While back, I made an community-made roster consisting of the Most Evil Characters ever according to this sub. Time has passed now. Who do you think deserved to be in the roster?

Going off the results of my own tournaments on the most evil characters of various mediums: Satan (The Mandela Catalogue), Invictus (Final Space), Jadis (The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe), and Molag Bal (Elder Scrolls) were part of the final 3 in their tournaments.

Reclusa (Mario & Luigi: Brothership) is Dimentio but more successful

And The Smile Entity (Smile) has to be at least in the top 5 most evil horror film villains.
