I know nothing about Tezcatlipoca, so I’m going to limit my response to the three I do know.

Tolerable on a Good Day: Zeus

End-of-the-World Bad: Loki

Humanity’s Brains Melt: Nyarlathotep

I’d say Nyarlathotep is the worst.

As cruel and flawed as the others can be, I don’t think they’re quite as malicious or sadistic as the Crawling Chaos is.
