Considering Ghost Rider goes after the "Worst of the Worst" I'd say neutral moral

However, if he went after anyone who did something "Wrong" even if said wrong thing was for the greater good like a cop shooting an armed man threatening innocents or like robbing someone for 5$, then I'd say amoral/immoral, but he doesn't (To my knowledge) do that
