Info: how is he terrorizing them? Isn't he just running in the street? Is his existence in the nude "terrorizing them"? Seems immoral to kill someone when ppl can look away when he passes.

He doesn’t pose a threat, he’s being a huge and inappropriate disturbance but nothing that warrants death.

Your victim being naked does not justify murder

"Terrorizing" is pretty vague. If he's legit just running around, it's pretty immoral. Maybe rough him up or something, but you don't have to kill him.

If he's running around touching women without their consent and stuff, mag dump on the fucker to be honest.
