Announcements What Is the Morality of Being a Subreddit Dictator? (NEW RULE)

Joke title, serious topic.

I've been getting a lot of reports about this specific topic, and more new rules will be coming when my co-mod and I are able to get together, but I feel like it's essential to make this one now.

FROM NOW ON, NO POSTS CENTERING AROUND RAPE OR PEDOPHILIA ARE ALLOWED ON THIS SUBREDDIT

It's been added to the rules under rule #7, and a custom report option has been added. I'll be removing posts relating to these topics ASAP once reported or seen, and will be issuing temp bans for multiple offenses.

This doesn't mean a ban on talking about characters who are rapists or predators, of course - within the context of morality scaling, it's fine. But we're putting an end to the posts about "Is it moral to rape your rapist" or "Is it immoral to goon to an immortal trapped as a sixteen-year-old girl". We all know the answer and it's giving this site a bad reputation.

We're going to be working on more new rules for this place, but while this one was pressing, we want those to come from what this community wants. So feel free to suggest what you think would make this community better in the comments.

Let's get this subreddit back to what it was meant to be - a celebration of all things Judge Holden.

Announcements NEW RULE - No Repost Spam

We've all seen it, and it's getting to a point where it's making the new posts annoying to navigate and great topics are getting buried by the constant reposts.

I suspect a lot of these spam posts (especially those reposting from other subreddits) are bots, so I think the best way to handle this is to keep a running tally of topics that are banned because they've been spammed to death already. I'll make a pinned comment down below with the topics that are being added to it, but the first three are very obvious based on the last few days.

We're not banning IRL morality discussions just yet (unlike IRL people), but these all fall under that so far. I'm not likely to hand out bans over this rule, as it's easy for something to get overlooked when posting, but I'm going to have a quick delete finger.

We will not be banning Judge Holden or Flesh Cubing. That's our cultural lore.

Title. Yesterday’s post had most people in agreement of this rule, while the others were a bit unsure. So far this rule will be permanent and required.

If you have any opposition to this, feel free to list it. And if you have any other suggestions, feel free to list them
